Showing With WCF

WindCrest Farms offers full service show schedules, including local GHJA as well as A and AA national shows. We have a program to fit all levels and goals. WCF believes that horse showing has many benefits. Exhibitors learn many life lessons and skills such as organization and financial management, performing under pressure, channeling nervous energy into a job well done, setting and achieving goals, and coping with dissappointment with grace and sportsmanship.
We ask that every competitor be committed to exercising organization, discipline, and sportsmanship at every event. The way that WCF members operate on the ground strongly impacts how each competitor performs in the stirrups and in front of the judges. Our goal is to execute a seamless behind-the-scenes show experience for our horses and riders, so that they can focus on performing their best.
WindCrest Farms attitude about showing is that we are just moving the barn for the day. The training at home allows for this to take place. Although we understand that everyone wants to win, we are more concerned with giving the best possible experience for the horse and rider. The ribbon just comes with this.
